The FCA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. This document has been designed to assist consumers who are considering buying a Crystal Cremations  pre-paid funeral plan product to decide whether our services are right for you.

Whose products do we offer?

We only offer Crystal Cremations Pre-Paid Funeral Plan contacts, we do not offer the products of any other providers .

Which service will we provide you with?

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us in connection with the pre-paid funeral plan schemes we offer.

We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to decide whether you feel that the scheme offered meets your demands and needs.

What will you have to pay us for our services?

There is no fee payable for our services.

Who regulates us?

Crystal Cremations is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.  Our FCA Register number is 961835

Our permitted business is Pre-paid Funeral Plans

What to do if you have a complaint

If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us:

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations.  This depends on the Type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
